JOB DESCRIPTION: Tik Tok Creative 

Internally, this role is known as Creative Planner

JOB PURPOSE

Creatives at Byte come up with ideas that capture audiences’ attention, ideas that inspire behaviour change and that people want to share. We’re currently on the hunt for a TikTok obsessed Creative who wants to work on some of the biggest digital brands in the world - doing things that haven’t been done before. If you spend your days making TikToks or watching TikToks when you’re supposed to be working, get in touch!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, but not limited to, you will:

  • Take and respond to briefs
  • Come up with and present ideas that stand out from the crowd and deliver against objectives
  • Oversee the development of the ideas from initial presentation through to creative production
  • Be involved in copywriting and/or art direction
  • Write presentations that get clients excited
  • Research customer behaviour and trends (yes, you get paid to scroll TikTok)
  • Keep up to date with current trends & continuously research new and innovative ways to use Tik Tok  

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 

Essential:

  • Love of TikTok
  • Experience at a digital/creative agency
  • Copywriting and/or art direction experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team as well as with clients
  • A love for learning new things

Nice to have:

  • Experience making your own TikToks
  • Have created or have been involved with digital marketing campaigns 
  • Experience with social media marketing
